HARRY Violin

VIOLIN (Melbourne).

Despite being one of STRING SOURCE’s younger members, HARRY already has some high profile engagements and collaborations behind him. In 2013, HARRY was part of a quartet of musicians to represent STRING SOURCE in a 2 week long performing residency in Hong Kong and in 2015 he was one of only 6 string players invited into The Australian Chamber Orchestra’s Emerging Artists program.

HARRY’s competency and musicality have an assuredness and maturity to rival his seniors. His strong. rhythmical and accurate playing combined with a rich sound is perfectly suited to contemporary music but he also knows how to turn on some old school charm. He produces a romantic, heart on the sleeve quality which reflects some old fashioned russian influence in his early training.

Multiple scholarship holder during his studies, he has recorded on albums with some of Australia’s top musical theatre stars, performed with Eagles frontman Glenn Frey and UK band The Cinematic Orchestra and is a member of STRING SOURCE’s all male string quartet team HOMME.

Positive, confident and easy-going, HARRY is a delight to work with.

Melbourne based – Available throughout Australia and also internationally.

Watch HARRY performing as part of HOMME string quartet during their Christmas residency at Hong Kong’s high end shopping precinct – Landmark.
