LEAH

VIOLA (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide).

As founder and director of STRING SOURCE/PHILHARMONIA AUSTRALIA, LEAH performs on as many of the engagements she coordinates as is practically possible.

Her orchestral career has seen her perform regularly with ensembles which include the Sydney, Queensland, Adelaide and Munich Symphony Orchestras, the Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra, the Colorado Festival Orchestra and the Wiener Konzert Verien.

An active chamber musician, LEAH is a founding member of the Elandra String Quartet which has performed at the Australian Festival of Chamber Music, toured outback Australia and was recently featured in concerts in Canada and the United States.

She has a great deal of experience in musical theatre and a wealth of varied non-classical collaborations and has performed at private functions for the Duchess of Kent and the crown Prince and Princess of Denmark. Originally a Violinist, LEAH also plays Violin on the occasional gig.

LEAH performs as part of The STRING SIRENS and has performed in virtually all of STRING SOURCE/PHILHARMONIA AUSTRALIA’s larger commercial projects.
