SOLO CELLO/PRINCIPAL CELLO (Brisbane).

DANIELLE has been a principal Cellist for almost all of the Queensland based STRING SOURCE projects and has also collaborated with many other high-profile artists including Kate Miller-Heidke, Nigel Kennedy, Pete Murray, Luciano Pavarotti, Rhonda Burchmore, Marcia Hines, Kate Ceberano, Rolf Harris and Dionne Warwick.

She has performed with the Queensland Symphony and Paris Opera Ballet Orchestras and for Opera Queensland, Opera Australia and the Australian Ballet. She recently joined Brisbane based new music ensemble “Collusion”.

DANIELLE plays with the STRING SIRENS and has been part of a diverse range of musical ensembles of varied genres including Zhivago, Speed of Purple, Crossbow Ensemble and VENUS quartet.

Not content to just play the Cello, DANIELLE lectures in music and creative industries, pens prize-winning poetry and curated the 2008 Restrung New Chamber Festival at Brisbane’s Powerhouse. She is currently in preparation for Restrung 2012.
